SimplyDivorceOnline provides self-help information and document-preparation assistance for uncontested divorces. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. See our Legal Disclaimer for details.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to review all documents before filing them. You are responsible for meeting your court's requirements, deadlines, and fees. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Fees and payment

The Service is offered for the flat fee shown at checkout. Court filing fees are separate and paid directly to your court. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Refund requests are handled as described at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyDivorceOnline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
